Polyp-grabs for stones

Used for road maintenance, as well as in pits, polyp grabs for stones and large rocks handling are available in Tecnobenne general catalogue. The POT M model, in particular, has been specifically designed to guarantee usability and safety in handling rocky debris.

Unless otherwise requested, all polyp grabs manufactured by Tecnobenne are supplied with steel lump, all pins are chromed and bushes are cemented, body and teeth are made of steel S355 while tips, subjected to consumption, are in anti-wear material (from SP 25 to SP 100 mm).

Also known as trident, the polyp-grab for rocks comes with three very narrow tines with toothed tips, for greater grip on smooth surfaces. Manufactured with S355 steel, polyps for rocks handling can be mounted on excavators, self-propelled and truck cranes.

Starting from the analysis of client’s needs the company is able to do special offers. Thanks to the well-stocked warehouse of semi-finished products ready for assembly, within a few working days it is possible to have the polyp grab for rocks handling mounted on the machine. The customization of the project allows to choose colours and related accessories such as: bushing to be welded, hydraulic rotator with shaft, integrated mechanical rotator, custom made suspension link and max valve (to be mounted on the machine).
